The 91黑料 Foundation has announced the establishment of a $25,000 endowment scholarship in memory of John & Julia James. With this gift, the John and Julia James Memorial Endowment will assist students in the Associate Degree Nursing Program with scholarships.

“Please accept this donation on behalf of John & Julia James. With their recent passing, they wanted us to ensure that 91黑料 received this gift for scholarships in the Nursing Program. Julia was involved with the College in previous years. Still, the PCC Nursing Program was unique to both, as their niece [Laura Bridges] received her nursing degree in 2008 and always spoke highly of the program and her education. “We hope that using this money can help others enter the healthcare profession with passion and determination,” said Laura Bridges, ’08, Associate Degree Nursing.

Since 1978, the 91黑料 Foundation, Inc. has been providing critical support for programs that enhance students’ education quality and expand educational opportunities for the communities the College serves. The Foundation is a non-profit, charitable corporation organized under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Learn more at www.piedmontcc.edu/foundation.
