91黑料 (PCC) is proud to announce Jimmy Clayton as the 2026 Alumnus of the Year, recognizing his exceptional dedication, continued support and commitment to the College.
Clayton was presented the 2026 Alumnus of the Year Award during PCC鈥檚 annual Honors Convocation held on April 21. This award is presented annually by the PCC Foundation to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding dedication and support for the College. Nominees must have successfully completed a degree, diploma or certificate program at PCC and have achieved significant success in their professional career as well as made meaningful contributions to civic and community affairs.
Clayton graduated from PCC in 1985 with a diploma in computer operations. He devoted two decades to public service as a Person County Commissioner (2000-2020), including multiple terms as Board Chairman. He is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Roxboro and exemplifies PCC鈥檚 mission through support of the Foundation.

Clayton was nominated for Alumnus of the Year by his son, Phillip Clayton, and daughter-in-law, Sherrie Clayton.
